Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our senior management team. The ideal candidate must have 5-10 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to senior management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
Manage and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports
Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives
Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing logistics
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
5-10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Experience in project management and event planning is a plus
