Key Responsibilities:

Be the CEO's ninja - manage calendars, operations, business requisites, and correspondence with precision

Keep our operations streamlined, anticipate needs, and provide solutions

Develop and maintain systems, processes, and tools to boost productivity

Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners

Take ownership of projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently, think critically, and solve problems creatively

Proficient in productivity tools (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.)

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality

Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts to changing priorities
