We are a dynamic real estate company seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Executive to join our growing team in Chennai. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to excel in the thriving real estate market.

Position: Assistant Manager

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience Required: 3-4 Years
Employment Type: Full-time on site Position
Preference : Male Candidates Only.

Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Conduct property consultations and understand client requirements
  • Provide expert guidance on property investments, market trends, and pricing
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful transactions

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and market research
  • Conduct property site visits and presentations to potential buyers
  • Negotiate deals and facilitate property transactions from inquiry to closure
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Market Research & Analysis

  • Stay updated on local real estate market trends and property values
  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide market insights to clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets

Client Support & Service

  • Assist clients throughout the property buying/selling process
  • Coordinate with legal teams, banks, and other stakeholders for smooth transactions
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships

Required Qualifications Education & Experience

  • Graduate degree in any discipline (Bachelor's/Master's preferred)
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets

Skills & Competencies

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license preferred

Location Requirement

  • Must be residing in Chennai
  • Knowledge of Chennai real estate market is an advantage
  • Familiarity with local areas and neighborhoods preferred
