Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at ApexPlus Technologies in Hyderabad. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives, managing expense reports, facilitating executive communication, and providing general administrative assistance to the team.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience in managing expense reports and providing executive support
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
