Job Description

Event Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the
planning, coordination, and execution
of corporate and MICE events from concept to completion.
Collaborate with
sales, creative, logistics, and client servicing teams
to ensure smooth event execution.
Manage
vendors, budgets, and timelines
, ensuring events are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Oversee
AV setups, technical requirements, and troubleshooting
during events.
Implement
event operations processes
to improve efficiency and quality.
Conduct
post-event reviews
and analyze feedback to enhance future operations.
Ensure
compliance with safety, legal, and organizational standards
during events.
Mentor and manage a team of operations executives and coordinators.

Requirements:

12 years+ of experience in
Event Operations / MICE / Corporate Events Management
.
Strong understanding of
event logistics, budgeting, and vendor management
.
Excellent
project management, leadership, and communication skills
.
Ability to work under
tight deadlines
and manage multiple events simultaneously.
Proficiency in
MS Office .
Detail-oriented with strong
problem-solving and decision-making abilities
.
