Role Overview

Event Manager

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

• Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end music events, gigs, and festivals.
• Oversee logistics including stage, sound, lighting, and scheduling.

Brand Collaboration

• Build and nurture partnerships with brands for event sponsorships and collaborations.
• Ensure brand visibility and integration in events without losing the soul of music.

Artist Management

• Coordinate with artists and their teams for smooth onboarding and performance execution.
• Manage artist schedules, hospitality, and requirements during events.

Venue & Vendor Management

• Identify and secure event venues that fit the vibe and audience.
• Manage vendor relations (catering, production, security, decor, etc.) ensuring timely and quality delivery.

On-ground Leadership

• Supervise event staff and crew to ensure flawless execution.
• Troubleshoot issues in real-time with quick problem-solving skills.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of proven experience managing live music events, gigs, or cultural festivals.
• Strong skills in

• Passion for music and deep understanding of live event dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and people skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple moving parts with ease.
