Job description

Key Duties

• Responsibilities and Accountabilities: -
• Understanding the detailed event requirement and making checklist.
• Conducting Recce and making recce report as per the plan.
• Managing the team of executives.
• Planning the complete event right from setting the timelines, manpower planning, travel schedule, material management, etc.
• Negotiating & dealing with different Vendors - Should be able to source new vendors as per requirement with competitive.
• Ensure loading, unloading, timely set-ups & dismantle- Supervise on all event requirement and to ensure a glitch- free execution.
• Managing console, coordinating with technicians.
• Timely updates to Client servicing representative.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
