Job Description

Events Coordinator – Banyan Paradise Resort (Vadodara)

Banyan Paradise Resort is one of Vadodara’s premier venues for weddings, social gatherings, and corporate events. With multiple banquets, sprawling lawns, and a strong reputation for hospitality, we take pride in curating memorable experiences for our clients.

We are growing and looking for people with right mind set to grow with us.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and expectations.
Create and present decor concepts/PPTs as per client needs.
Liaise with vendors (decor, catering, technical, etc.) to ensure seamless execution.
Assist in planning and overseeing weddings, social events, and corporate functions hosted at the resort.
Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination between all stakeholders.

Requirements

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in PowerPoint/Canva/other presentation tools (basic knowledge is fine).
Ability to multitask and manage client/vendor interactions effectively.
Prior event management experience is an advantage, but freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
