Event Coordinator

You are a proactive and energetic Event Manager with 1-2 years of experience in executing on-ground marketing activities and managing vendors. You will be responsible for planning and executing field campaigns, handling BTL (Below The Line) promotions, coordinating with external vendors, and supporting brand visibility in key market areas. Your role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential footfall areas for field campaigns, negotiating cost-effective rates, ensuring timely delivery of services, monitoring vendor performance, and maintaining quality standards. You should have a strong understanding of ATL/BTL on-ground marketing techniques and possess good communication and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. A performance bonus is also included.
