Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of testers for ETL data warehouse and BI testing projects

Develop comprehensive test strategies and quality assurance frameworks

Create and maintain testing standards methodologies and best practices

Oversee test planning estimation and resource allocation

Review and approve test plans test cases and test scenarios

Monitor testing progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Manage defect tracking and resolution process across teams

Coordinate with development teams’ business users and other stakeholders

Establish metrics and KPIs for measuring testing effectiveness

Mentor team members and facilitate their professional development

Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies

Manage UAT activities and client relationships

Conduct performance reviews and skill assessments

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors/ Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

812 years of testing experience with 3 years in a leadership role

Strong experience in data warehouse ETL and BI testing

Expertise in Qlik QlikView Qlik Sense testing and validation

Advanced SQL skills and database management knowledge

Proven experience in test management tools ALM JIRA

Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality frameworks

Experience in managing performance testing initiatives

Excellent project management and risk assessment skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in resource planning and capacity management

Preferred Qualifications: B.Tech preferred

Experience with test automation frameworks and strategies

Knowledge of multiple BI platforms Tableau Power BI

Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements

Experience with AgileScrum methodologies

Testing certifications ISTQB CSTE is a plus

Experience in implementing test automation frameworks

Knowledge of industry best practices in data quality management

Experience in managing offshoreonshore testing teams

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Ability to work in challenging environment and meet deadlines

Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
