We are currently seeking a ETL HVR Developer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Ndu (IN-TN), India (IN).

5+ years of hands-on experience with HVR
Design and manage real-time data replication pipelines using HVR
Integrate diverse sources (ERP, Salesforce, databases) into cloud platforms (Snowflake, Azure).
Monitor replication jobs and resolve latency or performance issues.
Hands on in Connector monitoring, sync failure resolution, data consistency validation, Data consistency monitoring, quality validation procedures and exception handling
Experience in Channel health monitoring, replication lag resolution, connectivity management, Performance analysis, resource scaling and throughput optimization
Collaborate with architects and analysts to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and timely.
Document workflows and contribute to best practices for replication and data movement.
Strong skills in SQL and database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning abilities.
Work in an onsite-offshore model involving daily interactions with Onsite teams to ensure on-time quality deliverables
Candidate should have good communication and facilitation skills
Manage and review Support documentations like Runbook, Configuration Management, Application Information up to date in CMDB
Flexible to work in Shifts involving week end support
