Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities – Estimation Engineer

As an Estimation Engineer at Masterbuilt Infrastructures , you will be responsible for:

Preparing detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for civil, finishing, MEP, and interior works.
Conducting rate analysis for materials, labor, and subcontractor packages.
Reviewing and evaluating tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
Assisting in the preparation of cost comparisons and value engineering proposals.
Coordinating with vendors and the procurement team for rate finalization.
Supporting Project Managers in budget preparation and cost tracking.
Assessing change orders and variations, identifying their cost impacts.
Ensuring all estimates comply with IS codes, quality standards, and safety norms.
Maintaining a comprehensive database of costs and vendor rates for future projects.
Providing support during client discussions and negotiations related to cost and scope.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
