We are currently looking for a skilled Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Estimation Engineer with a strong background in interior project estimation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, coordinating with vendors, understanding client requirements, and supporting the execution team with cost-related insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior projects based on drawings, site measurements, and specifications.
• Analyze project BOQs, materials, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing details.
• Evaluate and compare quotations to prepare final costing sheets.
• Assist the design and execution team by providing cost-related inputs during project planning.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding costing clarifications and project budgets.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market rates, materials, and industry standards.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to estimation and costing.

Required Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in interior estimation.
• Candidates with commercial interior estimation experience will be given priority.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong Vendor Management skills
• Excellent Client Communication abilities
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks
