Position Overview:

The ERPNext Developer ( plays a critical role in the development, customization, and maintenance of ERPNext to support business operations. This position requires advanced Python programming skills, ERPNext module customization experience, and the ability to integrate ERPNext with other business systems. The developer will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and Customization: Develop new ERPNext modules, customize existing ones, and create reports to meet specific business requirements.
• Integration: Integrate ERPNext with other systems and third-party applications.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve issues within the ERP system, providing technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure the ERPNext system performs efficiently and meets performance requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new features.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation for all development work.
• Testing: Conduct unit testing and quality assurance checks on developed features.

Required Skills:

· Programming: Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.

· ERPNext Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERPNext's core functionalities and architecture.

· Frappe Framework: Experience with the Frappe framework, which is the foundation of ERPNext.

· Database: Familiarity with MySQL or similar databases.

· Web Technologies: Knowledge of HTML, CSS.

· Version Control: Experience with Git.

· Problem-solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills.

· Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

· 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.

· Proven experience in ERPNext development and business process customization.

Job Types: Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
