About the Role

highly skilled ERPNext Functional Consultant & Developer

Key Responsibilities

ERPNext Functional Consulting & Implementation

• Lead

  Accounting & Financial module setup

  including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and custom financial reports.
• Configure

  Project Management workflows

  – task tracking, Gantt charts, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Drive

  end-to-end ERPNext rollouts

  across Finance, HR, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules.
• Manage

  Tally ERP to ERPNext migration

  including master data, transactions, and reports.

Client Engagement & Consulting

• Work directly with enterprise clients to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design ERP workflows.
• Conduct

  business process mapping (AS-IS & TO-BE)

  to align ERPNext with client requirements.
• Deliver

  user training, workshops, and UAT sessions

  for client teams.
• Provide

  ongoing post-implementation support

  and ensure smooth client adoption.

ERPNext Development & Customization

• Collaborate with developers to

  design functional specifications

  for custom features.
• Customize ERPNext forms, reports, workflows, and dashboards as per client needs.
• Ensure integration of ERPNext with third-party applications and cloud platforms.

Project Delivery & Collaboration

• Act as a

  primary point of contact

  for assigned projects.
• Prepare and manage project timelines, deliverables, and progress reports.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure

  successful, timely ERP implementations

What You Need (Must-Have Skills)

• 2+ years of hands-on ERPNext experience

  , particularly in

  Accounting and Project modules

  .
• Strong understanding of ERPNext integrations across

  HR, CRM, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory

  .
• Proven track record of

  enterprise-level ERP implementations

  .
• Experience with

  Tally ERP migration

  and financial data handling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

• ERPNext

  module development

  and customization experience.
• Knowledge of

  Python, JavaScript, or Frappe framework

  .
• Familiarity with

  cloud-based ERP deployments

  .
• ERPNext certifications or relevant ERP functional certifications.
