Technical Skills

• Programming: Proficient in Python with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and problem solving.
• Frameworks: Hands-on experience with the Frappe Framework developing custom apps, doctypes, REST APIs, and backend logic.
• ERP Systems: Experience with ERPNext customization, configuration, and module development using Frappe.
• API Development: Skilled in building and consuming RESTful APIs using Frappe, Django, or Flask.
• Database Management: Understanding of MariaDB/MySQL schema design, queries, and ORM concepts within Frappe.
• Web Development: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
• Version Control: Proficient in using Git and GitHub for collaborative development.
• Server & Deployment: Basic understanding of bench commands, site management, and deploying Frappe apps on Linux-based servers.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Quick learner with a passion for backend development and open-source frameworks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in agile environments.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code.

  ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY :

  1. Design and write high-quality code. 2. Responsible for robust and efficient implementation. 3. Test, debug, analyze and fix application problems/issues. 4. Participate in code reviews in accordance with program specifications and coding standards, practices and conventions, new designs, changes and enhancements. 5. Interact with stakeholders (internal and external) to support product releases and/or resolve program problems. 6. Research and remain informed of new technology and development tools. 7. Experiment with new technologies and approaches to enhance project outcomes. 8. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices development.
