ERP Implementation- Gurgaon

You will be working as an Executive Consultant in ERP implementation at EAZY Business Solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting pre-sales demonstrations of Eazy ERP, performing Software Requirement Study (SRS) for clients, overseeing user trainings, conducting User Acceptance Tests (UAT), managing the Go-live process for clients, addressing client queries, and providing necessary support. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing multiple clients/accounts and gathering technical requirements from clients for internal communication. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Client handling, problem-solving, and client retention skills are crucial for success in this position. The ideal candidate should hold a graduate or postgraduate degree with a technical background and have 2-6 years of relevant experience.
