Job Description

Understand the customer’s business processes and document them based on the industry vertical.
Identify and document current challenges faced by customers.
Review client data for implementation.
Install, configure, and customize the ERP system.
Handle post-implementation queries from clients.
Address client calls related to issues.
Provide ERP end-user training and technical support.
Coordinate daily with clients on ERP-related requirements.
Collaborate internally with team members for successful implementation.
Provide clear and constructive product feedback to development teams based on customer requirements.
Support senior team members during various stages of the implementation process.
Participate in data gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Assist in testing and troubleshooting ERP software functionalities.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ERP implementation activities.

Location: Coimbatore

CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹4 LPA

Experience: 2 to 5 years
