ERP Executive

Job Title: ERP Executive

Location: Chakan Pune

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

1. ERP System Management

o Manage day-to-day operations of the ERP system (e.g., SolutionOne ERP).

o Coordinate with departments for module-wise implementation and troubleshooting.

o Ensure accurate data entry, process mapping, and system integrity.

2. Implementation & Support

o Assist in end-to-end ERP implementation (requirement gathering, testing, golive).

o Provide first-level support to end users and escalate unresolved issues to the vendor.

3. Data Management

o Manage and monitor data migration, master data creation (Item, Vendor, Customer, BOM, etc.).

o Ensure data accuracy, remove duplicates, and support audits.

4. Training & Coordination

o Conduct ERP training for employees across departments. o Coordinate with department heads for feedback and enhancement requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Commerce / Engineering / IT preferred)

• Experience with ERP software (SolutionOne / SAP / Oracle / Tally ERP / etc.)

• Basic knowledge of business processes (Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Production, Finance)

• Strong Excel skills

• Analytical and problem-solving ability

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Experience:

• 1-2 years of ERP implementation or support experience

• Understanding of manufacturing, inventory, or construction domain (optional)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
