As we expand, we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Outbound Specialist MENA to focus on outreach efforts, helping to grow our customer base and generate new business opportunities.

Roles & responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain ERP modules based on business requirements.
Work extensively on the Frappe Framework and ERPNext to implement new features and optimize existing functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best development practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve ERP-related issues.
Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and APIs as needed.
Generate reports, dashboards, and custom workflows to support business operations.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Stay updated with the latest ERPNext and Frappe advancements.

Skills required

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in ERP development.
Strong hands-on experience with the Frappe Framework and ERPNext (mandatory).
Experience working with databases such as MariaDB/MySQL.
Good understanding of Python, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have

Experience with Odoo development and customization.
Knowledge of UI/UX aspects in ERP systems.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
