Entry Level Controls Engineer

As a Design/Controls/Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for Electrical panel design, programming, and troubleshooting packaging machinery and line control systems. This role will challenge you to apply your knowledge of programming methods, electrical design, and engineering problem-solving to 21st-century manufacturing, expanding your technical abilities while being a passionate and successful business family member. Key Responsibilities: - Create user applications to monitor and control the production of consumer goods, meeting regulatory standards. - Design control systems for instant feedback on the production life cycle. - Program and troubleshoot packaging machinery and line control systems. - Provide electrical engineering design support. - Design electrical control panels. - Develop industrial controller (PLC) programming and Human Machine Interface (HMI). - Contribute to electrical engineering initiatives. - Support Design Group project teams. Qualifications Required: - B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication, Instrumentation and Control, or equivalent technical degree. - 1-3 years of experience in Industrial control panel design or PLC/SCADA programming. - Strong organizational skills to handle multiple project responsibilities effectively. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge in SQL and Python Programming. - Project experience with Data analytics, reporting, electrical engineering, and PLC automation applications preferred. - Experience with AutoCAD Electrical and Rockwell PLC Programming is a plus. - Experience in pharmaceutical, consumer products, and high-speed environments is a plus. - Willingness to travel for project requirements including installation, start-up activities, meetings, trainings, seminars, forums, or conventions.
