As a Supply Chain Solutions Functional Consultant at Blue Yonder, your core responsibilities involve being the primary customer-facing role for onboarding projects. You will create and articulate solution designs, coach customers through change management processes, and collaborate cross-functionally and globally. - Participate in business process analysis or design/construction phase of the project leading to writing functional specifications. - Act as a functional liaison between Project Team and key customer executives, with knowledge of Blue Yonder Demand & Fulfillment, Allocation, Enterprise Planning, Assortment and Category Management. - Work with the project team to ensure smooth implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements. - Provide advice to customers on industry best practices and process methodology. - Facilitate/lead business diagnostics, process analysis, and design workshops to support solution design document creation. - Identify incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers/projects and support sales & presales in providing solution approach and proof of value. - Represent Blue Yonder in industry conferences and workshops when required. - Assist in the development of functional business process test scripts and conduct customized end-user training workshops. - Assist Project Managers in planning efforts and communicate trends for future product functionality enhancements to Product Management Group. - Ensure security, integrity, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Required: - 15-18 years of hands-on experience as a functional consultant providing supply chain solutions. - Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research preferred. - Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with leading supply chain planning solutions. - Strong business analysis skills, understanding of statistical algorithms, SCM concepts, and tactical planning. - Relevant industry certification from APICS, TOGAF will be a plus. - Experience working in Management consulting organizations or Supply Chain Excellence settings preferred. - Knowledge of performance tuning techniques and technical requirements for the product line assigned. - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required. - Extensive travel required.,
