Job Description

The role offers an opportunity to lead the stellar sales team by selling to top accounts and collaborating with high-value clients across the region. You will be responsible for managing the complete end-to-end sales cycle, including presentations to C-level executives. Your role will involve promoting the Loop vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the client base - Leading the sales cycle, engaging with C-suite executives at large companies - Building and managing a team of high-performing sales executives through experience-led mentorship - Engaging with strategic accounts to secure meaningful wins - Advocating for the customer internally to enhance the go-to-market strategy - Collaborating on quarterly targets, incentives, and sales plans for the regional team - Implementing a metrics-driven approach to performance management and recognition - Driving an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) mindset for opportunity prioritization and optimized sales efforts - Ensuring effective use of CRM and other internal tools for data management - Establishing upskilling and training programs for the team in partnership with sales trainers - Nurturing collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders for efficient quote generation and post-win hand-offs to operations - Contributing to the Sales & Growth strategy by partnering with the VP Sales, CRO, CEO, and the executive team The ideal candidate will possess: - Minimum of 10 years of experience with 5 years in health insurance sales - Established contacts in the market and the ability to develop new relationships - Capacity for innovative thinking beyond traditional sales approaches - Genuine customer empathy and excellent time management skills - Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or other relevant regional languages - Enthusiasm for travel, networking, and building enduring relationships - A proactive attitude to adapt to the dynamic environment of a fast-growing company,
