This is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates who are eager to launch a career in enterprise resource planning (ERP) technologies. The successful candidate will primarily focus on development and support activities using SAP ABAP and modern user experience (UX) solutions with SAP Fiori. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global setting, working on mission-critical business processes and cutting-edge SAP technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- SAP Development: Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom solutions using SAP ABAP (including reports, enhancements, interfaces, forms, and conversions - RICEF).
- User Experience (UX): Support the development and maintenance of intuitive, modern user interfaces using SAP Fiori/UI5 to enhance user productivity and experience across various business functions.
- System Support: Provide first-level support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to custom and standard SAP functionality.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test scripts, and system operation guides.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers, functional consultants, business analysts, and global stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Learning & Growth: Actively participate in training programs and continuous self-learning to quickly develop expertise in SAP technologies and enterprise business processes.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Aptitude: Demonstrable foundational understanding or coursework/project experience in programming concepts, relational databases, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
