1. Define and maintain

   enterprise architecture standards

   for the bank.
2. Work closely with

   Solution Architects and Technical Architects

   to ensure adherence to architecture standards.
3. Ensure that

   architecture artifacts, documentation, and repositories

   are updated and current.
4. Partner with business and technology teams to develop

   target state enterprise architectures

   .
5. Create

   frameworks, roadmaps, and strategy documents

   across key technology and business domains.
6. Provide

   guidance and oversight

   to Development and Engineering teams.
7. Inform stakeholders about potential

   risks and issues

   with current technical solutions.
8. Assess and communicate the

   business impact

   of architectural and technology choices.
9. Research

   emerging technologies

   and propose adoption where relevant.
10. Lead

    architecture and design workshops

    with IT and business leadership.

Qualifications & ExperienceEssential

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in

  Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and IT strategy

  .
• Proven expertise in creating

  architecture blueprints, frameworks, and standards

  .
• Strong understanding of

  application, data, infrastructure, and security architectures

  .
• Familiarity with

  TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture frameworks

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), integration, and digital transformation initiatives

  .

Preferred

• Experience in

  Banking / Financial Services

  domain.
• Enterprise Architecture certifications (

  TOGAF / ArchiMate / SABSA

  ).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills at the

  CXO level

  .
