Job Description

Continually identify and drive opportunities for process improvement

Guide brainstorming and innovation
Drive intra- and cross-team projects from inception through release and monitoring
Keep leaders, and all internal partners informed
Work under limited supervision, use good judgment and know when to seek guidance

Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering or similar

Experience organizing and leading technical projects (clarifying requirements, resolving conflicts, defining roadmap and driving progress)
Strong facilitation and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and lead project teams to meet all project deadlines with minimal supervision.
Ability to learn and provide in-depth evaluations of complex engineering and analytic issues
Skilled at using data to present, advocate for and prioritize among solutions
Experience motivating and empowering others to do their best work

Preferred Qualifications

Masters Degree Preferred
Minimum 10-12 years of Work experience in a similar role preferred
Previous experience with engineering, data analysis, machine learning would be beneficial, but is not required
Ability to think broadly about business, customer and system impact
Partnership mindset focused on shared achievement of goals in partnership with Engineers
The ideal candidate is inquisitive and has a desire for continued self-improvement and development of new skills
