Job Summary:

Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers (developers, testers, DevOps, etc.) to deliver high-impact projects.
Oversee the planning, design, implementation, and delivery of technical solutions across multiple projects or platforms.
Foster a strong engineering culture focused on performance, quality, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure timely delivery and proper prioritization of engineering work while maintaining a high bar for quality.
Conduct regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews, goal-setting, and professional development planning.

Required Skills :

Proven track record of managing technical teams and delivering complex software solutions.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, software design, cloud architecture, and system scalability.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
