Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Engineering Manager. The Engineering Manager will oversee teams, manage engineering projects, and ensure their successful delivery. Key responsibilities include planning and executing projects, leading the integration of systems, managing engineering workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. The role also involves team leadership, resource management, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership to guide and oversee engineering teams.
• Experience in Software Development and Integration to ensure seamless system implementation and operation.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and resource allocation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading engineering projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the power, water, or construction industry is a plus.
