Engineering Manager in Back End

As an Engineering Manager at Agoda, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing one or more engineering teams. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in at least 1 programming language (Java, Scala, C#). - Strong experience in systems architecture, especially in scalable distributed systems. - Operational responsibility as a system owner. - Knowledge in lower-level engineering aspects like garbage collection and threading. - Familiarity with DevOps culture, application security, and agile development. - Experience leading engineering teams with 5+ direct reports.
