Engineering Manager Full Stack

Role Overview: As an experienced Engineering Manager with 8-12 years of experience, your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to lead the design, development, and optimization of features to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborating with product and design teams to transform user needs into technical specifications. - Contributing to the technical strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals and stakeholders. - Managing project streams and aligning dependencies for business success. - Designing solutions to solve customer problems. - Overseeing and participating in the entire lifecycle of high-quality, scalable web applications. - Defining and advocating best practices within the team such as writing clean and reusable code, using TDD, pair programming, and design patterns. - Ensuring code quality and security through activities like pairing, code reviews, unit testing, and secure deployments. - Fostering team development and growth of technical expertise through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and feedback. - Cultivating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across products, technology, processes, and team development. - Collaborating with the delivery lead on planning and technical design. - Serving as the lead for squad team members, providing guidance, support, and leadership. Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience as a developer in a collaborative environment. - People leadership and mentoring experience. - Proficiency in full stack development using Angular (Typescript), ASP .NET, and ASP.NET Core using C#. - Experience leading development teams using Agile, Lean, and/or iterative releasing. - Knowledge of delivery approaches such as TDD, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation. - Ability to effectively communicate complex solutions and collaborate with global teams. - Hands-on experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS. - Expertise in developing and integrating APIs for scalability and performance. - Experience with DevOps practices and tools like Docker and CI/CD. - Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
