Engineering Manager - AI startup (Accel-funded company)

Location: Bangalore, India Type: Full-time Compensation: Competitive Salary + Significant Equity

The Role: Engineering Manager

  • We re looking for an experienced and hands-on Engineering Leader to build, scale, and lead the technology backbone of Fibr AI.
  • This is not a traditional management role. You ll:
  • Still write and review code.
  • Architect scalable, resilient systems.
  • Solve critical infrastructure and product challenges.
  • Own the tech roadmap and shape the culture from day zero.
  • Work directly with the founders to define and drive engineering direction.
  • Build and lead a world-class team as we scale from early traction to hyperscale.
