With a focus on designing and servicing power plants, oil & gas sectors, and environmental markets, AES provides solutions for boiler and power generation equipment, pressure vessels, piping, civil & structural, electrical, instrumentation & automation (EIA) disciplines. Established in 2020 by a group of experienced engineers, AES offers comprehensive services including basic engineering, staffing, due diligence, inspection, and site advisory services.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineering Manager located in Tiruchirappalli. The Engineering Manager will oversee daily operations, manage engineering projects, lead a team of engineers, and ensure the integration and development of software solutions. Responsibilities include project management, team leadership, and coordinating with various departments to achieve project goals and maintain quality standards.
