Engineering and Utility Executive

HIRING FOR ENGINEERING & UTILITY POSITIONS - BOTH ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL DISCIPLINES

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operation and Maintenance of Utilities

   Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of all utility systems, including HVAC, purified water, compressed air, boilers, chillers, and DG sets, by performing preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to maintain system efficiency and minimize downtime.

2. Equipment Calibration and Validation Support

   Assist in calibration, qualification, and validation of utility and process equipment, while maintaining accurate calibration and maintenance records in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

3. Energy and Resource Management

   Monitor and control consumption of power, water, and fuel, and actively participate in energy conservation and cost-optimization initiatives.

4. Documentation and Compliance

   Prepare and update maintenance logs, equipment history, SOPs, and work permits, ensuring all activities comply with safety, GMP, and statutory requirements.

5. Coordination and Troubleshooting

   Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Safety teams to resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis for breakdowns, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Preferred Education and Experience Background:

• ITI/ Diploma/ Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or process industries are preferred.

• Freshers with relevant educational experience mentioned above are encouraged to apply and can leverage this opportunity to
