Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Manager to support our compliance operations and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will manage customer-driven compliance documentation, develop standardized templates, coordinate follow-ups, and oversee required certifications and online training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, manage, and deliver compliance documentation as requested by customers.
Develop and maintain standardized compliance templates and documentation formats.
Track outstanding compliance items and perform timely follow-ups to ensure closure.
Manage internal and customer-required certifications, ensuring renewals and documentation are up to date.
Coordinate and monitor completion of customer-mandated online training programs for relevant employees.
Maintain organized records of all compliance activities, documentation, and training completions.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and support compliance initiatives.
Ensure adherence to organizational and customer-specific compliance standards.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of compliance practices, documentation standards, and audit readiness.
Experience working with compliance platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and certification portals.
Exceptional organizational, record-keeping, and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps or inconsistencies in documentation.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and customers.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
