Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management & Supervision:

  Oversee and monitor all O&M activities related to PE & Steel construction Site related activities.
• Ensure all O&M work is performed according to the specifications.
• Checking & counter-signing the as-built drawings produced by the contractor on weekly basis.

• Inspections & Compliance:

  Conduct inspections of pipelines and PNG/CNG infrastructure.
• Verification & Authorization of all reports of all the activities prepared by the Contractors QA persons.
• Ensuring and verifying the test certificates, calibration certificates prior to utilization of the equipment/item.
• In case of any non-compliance the same shall be brought to the notice of HOGPL.

• CNG Station Operations & Maintenance:

  Participate in CNG ROs Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities done with contractors, consultant and O&M team.
• Check City gate station and Mother Station all electrical operation and maintenance.
• Monitor electricity Power factor at all stations, ensuring it is need to be monitored and kept within limit.
• Conduct load tests of CNG equipment.
• Oversee activities after getting PESO Endorsement when CNG ROs open for Commercial CNG Sale.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  Verify RA bill raised by O & M and project need to be verified.
• Preparation of all checklists for CNG stations installation, testing, commissioning, Hydrostatic test for SS Tubing etc.

• Coordination & Training:

  The contractor shall appoint a coordinator who shall remain in constant touch with HOGPL on daily basis to understand the problems and to take corrective actions and shall attend fortnightly meetings with HOGPL officials (implies engineer's involvement in this communication loop from HOGPL side).
• Training of ground workers for safety and technological advancement.

• General:

  Undertake any other activity (ies) related to HOGPL operations, arising out in the course of the job.
