Role Overview: As an Engineer III DevOps at NPS Prism, you will play a crucial role in the transition of the company from a consulting-led business to a technology-led business. Your expertise in CI/CD, cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure / AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, python scripting, and bash scripting will be instrumental in solving real-world problems and developing highly scalable applications within our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and manage continuous delivery systems and methodologies on AWS and Azure - Develop and maintain an efficient operations process with metrics reporting and platform performance - Implement best practices for automation, GitOps, and monitoring - Ensure system scalability, performance, and resilience - Prioritize requests from operations and development teams while demonstrating empathy - Utilize Jenkins for deploying applications to the cloud environment - Enhance network security and performance through effective management of protocols, VPNs, VPCs, load balancing, etc. - Lead design and implementation of build, release, deployment, and configuration activities - Architect, set up, and maintain infrastructure and development environments - Oversee on-call management, troubleshooting, and system administration tasks - Manage tools for automating operational processes - Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and secure application integration and deployment - Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices and improvements in DevOps processes Qualification Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field - Experience: 5-9 years overall with 2-3 years in Lead DevOps Engineer role or similar software engineering role - Experience with startup environments is highly desirable - Proficiency in using DevOps tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions for continuous integration - Strong experience with cloud services such as AWS and Azure, including managing sensitive assets - Excellent knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, etc - Solid understanding of networking, storage, and virtualization In addition to the above sections, the job description does not contain any additional details about the company.,
