Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation:

  Work closely with clients to understand their manufacturing operations, goals, and challenges.

• Process Improvement:

  Analyse current processes and recommend improvements using

  Lean Manufacturing

  principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

• Project Management:

  Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality recommendations.

• Data Analysis:

  Collect and analyse data related to operational performance, production, and cost to provide data-driven insights.

• Solution Development:

  Develop tailored solutions to address client-specific issues related to manufacturing, operations, and production optimization.

• Training and Support:

  Provide training and guidance to client teams on process improvements and Lean methodologies.

• Collaboration:

  Work with cross-functional teams within the client’s organization to implement changes and ensure smooth execution.

• Reporting:

  Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients summarizing findings, recommendations, and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:

  Engineering degree in

  Mechanical

  ,

  Electrical

  , or

  Industrial Engineering

  .

• Experience:

  Minimum of

  2 years

  of experience in manufacturing or operations consulting.

• Preferred Skills:

  Knowledge of

  Lean Manufacturing

  and process optimization techniques.

• Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to work with data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
