Engineer Design & Integration

As a member of the ACG PAM PHARMA TECHNOLOGIES - KANDIVALI team, your primary responsibilities will involve various functional and internal processes to ensure the successful execution of projects. Functionally, you will be responsible for creating project design sources based on Sales scope and URSs, developing Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) or flow charts, and generating project Functional Specifications (FS) and Inputs/ Outputs (I/O) documents. You will also conduct Software Integration tests with simulation software, support the validation team with control system content, and verify IIOT lists. Additionally, you will assist in executing change control processes and provide support during Installation and Commissioning. Internally, you will collaborate with the Software engineering team to create, test, and release project Software, as well as coordinate with the service team to address installation and commissioning errors. You will also process Change Requests from various stakeholders and ensure coordination with the master software team. Your key result areas will focus on developing and implementing project design sources and simulation software for the controls system to achieve on-time delivery according to ACG Company standards. You will need to demonstrate competencies in PLC, SCADA, global design and safety regulations, and data integrity processes for design, execution, and testing. Key interfaces for success in this role include achieving "First Time Right", ensuring "On Time Delivery in Full (OTDIF)", and adhering to business rules and company standards.
