About the role

Aviso helps enterprise revenue teams forecast accurately, focus sellers on the right work, and realize measurable growth. We are hiring an Implementation and Customer Success Manager who owns deployment through adoption for a portfolio of customers. You will lead discovery, integrations, configuration, enablement, and ongoing value realization. You will serve as the technical point for Salesforce and data flows and as a trusted advisor to sponsors and end users.


What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end implementations from scoping through cutover and post go-live stabilization, with clear plans, owners, and checkpoints.
  • Run structured discovery to map goals, personas, Salesforce data model, security, and change risks.
  • Configure Aviso environments, validate data, and manage UAT with explicit acceptance criteria.
  • Integrate Salesforce standard and custom objects using APIs, SOQL, and field-level controls.
  • Partner with customer IT on data pipelines, including CDC concepts and error handling.
  • Establish telemetry and usage goals, drive adoption motions, and remove friction quickly.
  • Write concise status updates, risk registers, runbooks, and release notes that executives can consume in minutes.
  • Facilitate executive reviews that connect product usage to outcomes, renewals, and expansion.
  • Capture product feedback and write crisp tickets that enable Engineering to act.
  • Collaborate with Sales on expansion hypotheses grounded in proven value and adoption data.


What good looks like

  • Time to first value within 60 to 90 days, with documented before and after metrics.
  • Weekly active usage targets met for primary personas across each account.
  • Sponsors rate communication as clear, proactive, and solution oriented.


What you bring

  • 5 to 7 years in enterprise SaaS across implementation, engagement management, technical account management, or customer success.
  • Hands-on Salesforce background, strong understanding of data model, profiles, and integration patterns. Salesforce Admin certification preferred.
  • Practical fluency with REST, JSON, Postman, SOQL, and basic SQL for validation.
  • Experience with Snowflake or similar warehouses is a plus.
  • Consulting rigor from a top-tier firm, with a track record of driving outcomes and writing executive-ready documents.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation with executives, admins, and sellers, including structured written updates and clear meeting narratives.
  • Executive presence, stakeholder orchestration skills, and an ownership mindset suited to a startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree from a top university is a plus, or equivalent experience.


Preferred backgrounds

  • Engagement Manager, Solutions Consultant, or Delivery Lead from leading consulting firms or high-growth SaaS, responsible for complex programs and executive communication.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-track implementations, change management, and value realization.
