Teamware Solutions is seeking a vigilant and skilled Endpoint Security Specialist to fortify our organization's digital defenses. This role is critical for protecting our endpoints from cyber threats by implementing, managing, and troubleshooting security solutions. You will be instrumental in analyzing security postures, developing robust defenses, and ensuring the smooth operation of our endpoint security infrastructure to safeguard business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Analysis & Strategy:

  Conduct in-depth analysis of endpoint security posture, identify vulnerabilities, and contribute to the development of comprehensive security strategies.

• Solution Development & Implementation:

  Design, implement, and configure various endpoint security solutions (e.g., EDR, antivirus, host-based firewalls, DLP, NAC).

• Policy Management:

  Develop, deploy, and enforce security policies on endpoints to ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.

• Threat Detection & Response:

  Monitor endpoint security alerts, investigate security incidents, and perform rapid response actions to mitigate threats.

• Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

  Diagnose and resolve issues related to endpoint security agents, policies, and systems, ensuring their continuous and effective operation.

• Vulnerability Management:

  Participate in vulnerability scanning, assessment, and remediation efforts focused on endpoints.

• Patch Management Support:

  Collaborate with IT operations to ensure timely and effective patching of endpoint operating systems and applications to address known vulnerabilities.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  Generate regular reports on endpoint security status, incidents, and compliance. Maintain accurate documentation of security configurations and procedures.

• Awareness & Training:

  Contribute to security awareness initiatives, providing guidance to users on endpoint security best practices.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Stay abreast of the latest endpoint security threats, technologies, and trends to recommend and implement continuous improvements.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in working with various

  endpoint security technologies

• Strong analytical skills for identifying security risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Experience in the

  implementation, configuration, and management of endpoint security solutions
