This is a full-time on-site role for an End User Support Lead, located in Jamshedpur. The End User Support Lead will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues with desktop computers, computer hardware, and printers. The role includes managing and resolving support tickets, performing routine maintenance on IT equipment, and ensuring optimal performance of all end-user devices.

Qualifications

Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Experience with Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware
Knowledge of Printers and their maintenance
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in an IT support role is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
