Employee Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for employee relations issues and workplace concerns.

• Manage conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions with fairness and professionalism.

• Guide managers and employees on HR policies, labor laws, and organizational practices.

• Conduct investigations into workplace matters while ensuring confidentiality.

• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.

• Collaborate with leadership to promote inclusivity, respect, and teamwork.

• Monitor employee satisfaction and provide actionable insights for improvement.

• Support performance management processes and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Conduct feedback sessions and implement initiatives to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 8+ years of professional experience in HR, employee relations, people management, or mentorship.

• Background in teaching, coaching, or mentoring will also be considered, as strong people-management and guidance skills are highly valued for this role.

• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality, fairness, and trust at all times.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
