Employee Experience Associate

As an Employee Experience Associate at Lyzr, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and contributing to the development of a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include assisting with employee onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement. You will collaborate with the team to streamline HR processes, communicate HR policies, administer benefits, and ensure compliance with regulations. Your attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and strong communication and organizational skills will be key in successfully fulfilling your duties. Additionally, your passion for engaging with employees, building a positive culture, and ensuring smooth operations will be highly valued in this role. The ideal candidate for this position is an MBA (HR) fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience in HR Operations. Previous exposure to HR systems, particularly Keka, would be advantageous.
