Employee Conduct Analyst - Analytics

As a Tech Compliance Specialist in the Employee Compliance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, development, maintenance, and validation of tech enhancements, automation modules, and models. Your responsibilities will involve working with specialized applications to extract data from databases and other sources, identifying patterns and trends, and presenting this information in risk intelligence deliverables for senior Bank stakeholders. Additionally, you will design and develop relational databases, create data input screens, and implement measures to contain compliance risk across the business area. Key Responsibilities: - Pull data from databases and other sources to identify patterns and trends - Design and develop relational databases for data collection across the Bank - Present data in charts, graphs, and tables - Implement measures to contain compliance risk - Deliver analytical solutions using advanced tech tools - Maintain relationships with Compliance process peers - Provide timely and relevant information through reporting mechanisms - Share business best practices with stakeholders - Execute special projects as assigned by management Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of experience in technical skills such as ServiceNow and UI Path - Ability to document business requirements and generate SOPs for automation handover - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Continuous improvement mindset - Ability to manage multiple projects seeking process automation - Strong technical background in data management and manipulation - Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information You will be an integral part of the team, contributing to the continuous learning mindset of the organization and bringing in new ideas that enhance process efficiency and controls.
