5+ Years of experience in Embedded systems testing

4+ Years of hands-on experience with automation using C#/Python, RobotFramework, AutoIT, API testing etc.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have skills

Healthcare domain knowledge.

Testing of audio/speaker/headset devices.

Experience in Python, white box testing, static code analysis tools

Familiarity with healthcare domain standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Electronics/Computer Science

Strong knowledge of functional testing methodologies and best practices

Proficiency in automation testing tools.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Effective communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing of Embedded systems applications.
• Process Oriented. Manual device testing of audio devices (headsets/speaker phones) - Bluetooth and USB
• Interoperability testing of Embedded devices with PC/Mobile devices.
• Develop and execute functional test cases to validate the embedded systems platforms on various microcontroller architectures. Document defects as needed
• Design, implement and maintain automated test scripts to enhance efficiency and coverage.
• Requirement analysis, collaborate with stakeholders to understand device tracking implementation and scenarios to ensure test coverage.
• Track and manage defects through defect lifecycle methodology. Provide detailed reports and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Conduct regression tests to validate application stability and defect fixes.
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test plans, test cases, RTM, effort estimations, defect summary reports and automation scripts.
• Work closely with cross functional teams including developers business analysts and project managers to ensure seamless integration of testing processes
• Good in oral and written communication in English.
• Take part in scrum meetings with customer, effectively communicate testing status, blockers, impediments.
• Capable of owning 2/3 modules. Manage RTM using tools like JIRA along with dashboard.
• Collaborate with team members. Take ownership of knowledge transfer. Maintain repository of the knowledge sessions.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and skill development sessions.
• Create, manage and maintain manual and automated test execution cycles.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304).
• Generate and present test metrics, dashboards, and quality reports to stakeholders
