Job Description

As an Electronics R&D Engineer at our company, you will be primarily responsible for hardware design and product development. Here is a breakdown of your role: **Role Overview:** You will be focusing on hands-on hardware design and product development in the field of electronics, particularly in the areas of analog, digital, and mixed-signal hardware for embedded systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design and development of analog, digital, and mixed-signal hardware for embedded systems. - Design circuits based on 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit microcontrollers for instrumentation and control applications. - Select appropriate electronic components based on electrical, thermal, and application requirements. - Develop schematics and PCB layouts ensuring signal integrity, reliability, and manufacturability. - Design analog interfaces using ADC, DAC, operational amplifiers, and signal conditioning circuits. - Implement digital interfaces such as UART, IC, SPI, PWM, RTC, DFU, and various display interfaces. - Work with microprocessors and high-speed interfaces like USB, Ethernet, DDR, eMMC, MIPI CSI, and DSI. - Design and validate digital wired interfaces such as RS-232, RS-485, USB, Ethernet, and wireless interfaces like Bluetooth, BLE, Wi-Fi, and LoRa. - Design and validate power supplies, including switching regulators (SMPS) and LDOs. - Ensure EMI/EMC-compliant designs that meet industrial and regulatory standards. - Conduct power optimization, transient analysis, and thermal validation for high-reliability operation. - Perform board bring-up, functional testing, and PoC evaluations. - Troubleshoot and debug hardware and firmware-related issues. - Handle internal testing as well as field issue analysis and resolution. - Maintain comprehensive documentation including design files, test reports, and revision histories. - Work closely with firmware, mechanical, and product design teams for integrated development. - Participate in design reviews, DFM/DFT analysis, and continuous product improvement. - Contribute to defining technical roadmaps for next-generation instrumentation and sensing systems. **Qualifications Required:** - B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering. - Strong proficiency in Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad, EasyEDA, or similar PCB design tools. - Experience with industrial instrumentation, temperature sensing, or embedded control systems preferred. - Knowledge of design standards, reliability testing, and environmental compliance is a plus.,
