Embedded Software Engineer

As an Embedded Software Engineer at Actalent, your primary role will involve developing, implementing, and maintaining embedded software solutions using cutting-edge technologies. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to create robust software applications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop embedded software solutions focusing on multithread, multi-process, and real-time application development. - Implement software on RTOS OS systems, utilizing 32-bit ARM-based processors. - Design and develop drivers for UART, Serial, I2C, Timer, and SPI. - Utilize the "C" programming language for software development. - Apply Agile/Scrum/Sprint and waterfall methodologies for project management. - Use debugging tools like JTAG, scope, logic analyzer, and multimeter for issue resolution. - Manage version control using GitHub and track issues with systems like JIRA and Integrity. - Collaborate effectively using Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence. - Ensure seamless integration with middleware and application layers. - Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills while working independently. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Software Engineering, or Computer Science. - 5+ years of experience in embedded software development. - Proficiency in multithread, multi-process, and real-time application development. - Extensive knowledge in SW development on RTOS system. - Hands-on experience with 32-bit ARM-based processors. - Proficient in "C" programming language. - Understanding of Agile/Scrum/Sprint and waterfall methodologies. - Experience with debugging tools like JTAG, scope, logic analyzer, multimeter. - Experience with versioning tools such as GitHub. - Experience in issue tracking systems like JIRA, Integrity.
