Embedded Hardware Specialist-Cyber Security

You will be a Hardware Specialist-CyberSecurity at a leading Engineering and R&D Software Services Company. Your role will involve designing and conducting radio, IoT hardware attacks, along with expertise in hardware attacks such as PCB reversing, Component identification, Side channel attacks, memory extraction methods, and Firmware reverse engineering. You should have knowledge of embedded protocols like UART, I2C, SPI, JTAG, SWD, Industrial protocols like MODBUS, CAN, Ether CAT, Profinet, and potential attacks on them. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating hardware and radio attacks on existing IoT products - Identifying hardware security issues - Designing circuits for attacks - Staying updated with the latest tools and techniques through research and training - Documenting findings - Communicating them clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders To excel in this role, you should have: - Strong understanding of Embedded and Hardware security - Hands-on experience with hardware attacks - Deep knowledge of embedded protocols and possible attacks - Familiarity with radio protocol attacks - Understanding of web-related vulnerabilities and logic flaws - Proficiency in Web application security concepts - Penetration testing skills - Firmware reversing for ARM, MIPS, and x86 - ARM and x86 architecture assembly language - Linux internals - Operating systems - C programming - Scripting languages - Radio protocol internals It is preferred if you have: - Passion for attacking hardware - Experience in creating hardware and radio attacks on IoT products - Ability to find vulnerabilities in IoT products - Expertise in designing circuits for hardware attacks - Track record of publishing or presenting research You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, work well independently and in teams, meet project deadlines, think creatively for creating various hardware attacks, and have a knack for documenting and communicating detailed findings effectively.
