Embedded Engineer Software and Hardware

As an Embedded Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of smart embedded technologies. Your responsibilities will involve working on cutting-edge embedded hardware and software development, spanning from conception to production. You will oversee the entire embedded system development lifecycle, including design and deployment. Collaboration with hardware, firmware, and cross-functional teams will be essential to create scalable and high-performance systems. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing hardware/software for embedded devices, coding, testing, and debugging embedded software and hardware, optimizing code and system design for performance and stability, integrating and validating new product designs, supporting QA, and optimizing I/O performance. Furthermore, you will collaborate with IoT platform, manufacturing, and installation teams, evaluate and integrate third-party and open-source software, and provide post-production support. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in embedded software engineering, a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Engineering (Diploma holders with strong experience may be considered), proficiency in C/C++ and embedded system programming, familiarity with various microcontrollers and their architectures, experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and multitasking environments, a strong understanding of embedded software/hardware architecture integration, familiarity with debugging tools, configuration management, and defect tracking, knowledge of IP protocols, interfaces, hardware subsystems, the ability to read schematics and component datasheets, and excellent communication and documentation skills. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurgaon.
