Embedded Engineer

As an Embedded Engineer at Electrify Services, you will play a crucial role in the team dedicated to enhancing products and driving the company's growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing software for embedded devices and systems - Handling end-to-end hardware development, including schematic capture, layout, testing, and debugging of PCBs - Demonstrating experience in mixed signal circuit design and high-speed digital design - Possessing knowledge of various protocols such as RS232, RS485, SPI, USB, CAN, ZigBee, Wi-Fi, and BLE - Creating critical PCB layouts for signal integrity and conducting signal-integrity analysis - Developing and maintaining internal database structures for data communication - Collaborating with hardware designers, server-side developers, and mobile app developers - Utilizing embedded APIs and developing new API layers for interfacing embedded platforms with the cloud - Conducting risk analysis, solution development, and monitoring documentation during system development - Communicating effectively with team members to ensure project completion within budget and timeline - Working on EMI/EMC compliance criteria and environmental conditions in design implementation At Electrify, you are encouraged to contribute beyond your defined role and pursue passion projects, as 10% of the workweek is allocated for this purpose. To excel in this position, we are seeking individuals who possess: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field - 2+ years of experience in Hardware Designing and Firmware Development - Proficiency in C, C++, Embedded C, and Python - Ability to read hardware schematics, experience with Altium or KiCad is a plus - Knowledge of communication systems, including architectural tradeoffs - Hands-on experience with hardware debugging tools and firmware design - Familiarity with communication protocols, microprocessors, and computer architecture - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills - Proficiency in computer programming languages and interface technology - Experience with RF and microwave measurement systems is advantageous If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong leadership skills, and are passionate about embedded systems, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
